Potatoes Jumping on My bed Wearing flip flops almost all the time Wearing things with hoods on them Not wearing my glasses Wiggling my toes Singing ugly on purpose Shaking my butt real hard Stomping around in puddles with big boots on Kicking the air when I'm happy/mad Polaroids Polaroids Polaroids Writing random, silly things all over my calendar Air conditioning Blue jeans that don't suffocate my ass Seeing people that smile alot for no reason Carnival rides Balloons at parties When boys put flowers in my hair When my dad tells me stories My mom And sisters Jumping like ballerinas do While I'm at Wal-Mart looking for kettle cooked chips Smelling like I just got out of the shower Holding people's hands Saying I lurve you Fresh strawberries for breakfast Not gaining a lot of weight yet Post-its The yellow kind Journal-writing Days off of work spent at the beach Squeezing sand with my toes Making people laugh weird laughs Like Huyyahhyaahahhaahhahhbwahah Meeting really wonderful strangers When people say things like "WHOAH" or "GAHHH" or "STOP IT" really loud while laughing When you play my ribs like a piano When you say you're going to write me a letter When you say you'd read a book I wrote When you say "fuckin" or "shit" every five seconds When people wave real big at me on my way to class When I somehow manage to get me hooked on soap operas. When one day I'll build a castle out of letters When people I don't know are really sweet Being on an airplane bound for A new destination Crossing days out on my calendar Sniffing the hair of people I love Hi-fives Dancing horribly dorky-like Buying bags to put all my stuff in Listening to amazing music Rolling around in my underwear Laughing so that people can hear me through walls Practicing how to swim like a real life mermaid Not almost drowning when water shoots up my nose Moving my shoulders up and down Trying to be bendy when I'm practicing yoga (ha ha) Socks that go really high The fact that in I'll be 22 in less then five months And being nice by not making you read the rest of my super long list.

The Sunday before July 4th, we all met up at my grandmother's house as per usual. Due to more recent circumstances, my Aunt Marietta has been in town along with my cousin Jessica and her two boys Chance and Lee. We planned to set off fireworks just as soon as it got dark out, but in the meantime, I filled up a huge bucket of water balloons and set the kids loose in the background just after laying down some ground rules to prevent any of the young ones from getting hurt. The kids had a blast but used the balloons up just as quickly as they got started up it seemed. So, then they were left to their own devices in the backyard until food was ready. After dinner, it was still light out, so several of us walked up to my old elementary school to play on the playground and swing on the swings. It felt like I was a kid again going up there with my brothers and sisters to play before it became too dark out for my mom to allow us to be out for too much longer. I tossed my flip-flops off and swang on the swings until it really did become too dark for us to stay up there for much longer. After we got back to my grandmother's house, we set up chairs in the front yard and prepared the fireworks in the street. Soon, everyone was settled, and the show was getting started (photos from which have already been uploaded prior to this set). All-in-all, it was a most wonderful evening spent in the company of my family.
