More surfing, which is hardly a surprise by now, so more time in a bathing suit: I spent some gift L to buy this one from Sand Shack Surf Co. I love the store's style, which is a lovely combination of careful detail and a hand drawn look. This suit in particular delights me, from the wrinkles in the crossed top to the bow on the back, but particularly in the cut (one piece suits are a rare change in SL, and I love them) and the color, which is a rich olive green. Off of the beach, I wore the suit with jeans from G.L.A.M. (now Viva La Glam, is it?) which I moded to make a lot looser. To cover up some more skin I added this wonderfully useful tintable shrug from Tres Blah. The sandals, simple brown flip flops, are now-retired ancient freebies from Last Call. I loved the natural color of the suit, especially combined with the brown shrug, and wanted to bring out that same low-key sense with the rest of the outfit. I wore another of my own Another Skin mods which is entirely bare of makeup except the lightest eyeliner. The hair is from ETD, a messy curly half bun that normally isn't my style but suits a bathing suit—especially when tinted darker so that the hair looks still damp. I retextured my modded version of Persenickety's Monica glasses with a library wood texture, which is a nice change from metal or plastic frames.
