A pantsuit or pant suit, also known as a trouser suit outside the USA, is a woman's suit of clothing consisting of trousers and a matching or coordinating coat or jacket. The pantsuit was introduced in the 1920s, when women took on a new role wearing pantsuits, hats, and even canes and monocles.

Betty's Diagonal

This throw was made by Betty Olson and given to us in the late 1970's. She used fabrics from our clothing and embellished each square with an embroidered design. It contains no batting as the materials are heavy enough, and is backed with linen. It is hand quilted, measures 50" X 70" and has been a wonderfully useful throw for many years.

well, at least not in swim suits. i didn't wear a skirt on the principle that my white linen pants have VERY limited usage, and a carribean resort is within the bounds.
