Welcome to our site!
We are the Aztec Dharma Bums, a meditation club at San Diego State University. Our purpose is to build and develop a community of SDSU students, faculty, alumni and the public who are interested in the meditation practices and varied philosophies of the world's rich religious & spiritual traditions. Although we do not take a dogmatic or sectarian approach, the group often focuses on Buddhist and other Eastern philosophies. We welcome those who are open minded to all cultural backgrounds and who want to learn and practice meditation to increase mindfulness and peace in daily life. Tired, Stressed Out, and Overworked? Practice Peace of Mind and Awareness with us! Schedule for this Semester: For this semester we will mostly have silent meditations, other suggestions or practices are welcome! Contact us with your comments, concerns, or request to be put on our mailing list at: sdsumeditation@gmail.com We meet every Tuesday night from 6:45 - 7:50pm
