GMU Hillel - The Future

We are currently on a threshold in this organization. In the time I've been here it's gone up and down and now we are resting on a precarious cliff, one way is success and the other way is a downward spiral into failure. In many ways Hillel has lost sight of its core values. We should have three goals, all equally important:

Social (Jewish Life)
Unfortunately, as it stands now the GMU Hillel faces serious obstacles. We lack the funds to follow our goals. There is serious opposition to Jewish Life and Israel on this campus. There is also an unintended social attrition. If we continue to follow the current path the only possible solution is neutral, this organization will continue pretty much on the same path it has and does follow. In order for us to change the course positively we require a shock therapy treatment to abruptly and absolutely put Hillel back on the correct course.
There are a number of actions we need to take in order to make GMU's Hillel the best it can be. I've had the opportunity to discuss solutions with people on this and from other campuses, including ideas that have been successfully put into action at other campus' Hillels. Overall, I have found or been shown a number of solutions that I believe are easily implementable on this campus:
