Participants should expect this tour to be physically and emotionally challenging

It may not be possible to cater for everyone’s special food needs as we are a group

Participants are expected to be respectful, polite and considerate, to adopt team spirit and participate in all activities to the best of their capacities

Rules and instructions presented by the tour organizers are to be followed as it may lead to the termination of the participation with all costs involved born by the participant

Alcohol, non-prescribed drugs, smoking of any type and non-vegetarian foods (including garlic and onions which are not part of the yoga diet) are not permitted at the program.

Participants are expected to have read the website and accepted all the conditions in it before coming to the tour

Participants are expected to follow and participate in the daily collective meditations, have a sincere interest in Yoga and Meditation and are willing to follow this yogi lifestyle for these 12 days

Adjustments in the itinerary may be needed as per necessity
