What to bring

  • One warm, light sleeping bag 
  • Bedroll: foam or the like (for camping and yoga) 

  • Good walking shoes with grip (water proof if possible) 

  • Swimming suit and beach towel 

  • Towel and toiletries 

  • rain / wind coat 

  • Warm jumpers 

  • Tent (We will try to share some tents, so not everyone has to bring one) 

  • Good flash ligtht 

  • Pocket knife 

  • A strong and good closing lunch box and personal cutlery 

  • Mosquito repellent 

  • Loose comfortable clothes for Yoga exercises 

  • Hat, sun glasses and sun block 

  • Camera, travel diary, etc. 

  • Slippers or sandals for house use

It is best to keep luggage to a minimum, as you will have to carry everything you bring! And as we also share the bags with kitchen equipment and food, it's better to bring less than what you could comfortably carry.
Also a medium size backpack is useful for short walks, to go shopping or trekking to Pico.
