Muhammad Anwarul Azim is an Assistant Professor (on leave) of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Chittagong, Bangladesh currently pursuing PhD under the supervision of Professor Jingde Cheng, Advanced Information System Engineering Laboratory, Department of Information & Computer Sciences, Saitama University, Saitama, Japan. He received Master of Engineering degree from Department of Computer Engineering, Korea Aerospace University, Seoul, South Korea on February 2008 and Bachelor of Engineering degree from Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh. He has got a number of national and international conference and journal papers. 

His research interest includes but not limited to Security of Network, Ubiquitous Computing, Persistent Computing, Security Engineering, Secure Software Engineering.

He has taught a variety of Computer Science and Engineering subjects in undergraduate level.
