Inkle Weaving - Lady Annabelle
Lady Annabelle will be teaching the art of Inkle Weaving in the afternoon. Participants should bring their own looms, if they have one, because loaners will be limited. There will be an assorment of crochet thread to choose from but you may bring your own if you desire. The class will last approximately two hours. No fee required for the class but beginner looms may be purchased.
Nalbinding - Lady Annias
For those interested, Lady Annias will be teaching Nalbinding. This class will teach the basic buttonhole stich, the Tarim (Coptic) stich, and the Danish and York stiches if time permits. The class is only open to six students but others may observe. She will be providing a wooden nalbinding needle, a handout, and a skein of wool for a $5.00 fee or if you have wool and needle she will provide the handout for $2.00 per copy.
