The Science Fair is in the afternoon of Friday, June 12.  We will be following this schedule:

FRIDAY 6/12		Each period is 35 minutes long.
8:05 - 8:40	PERIOD 1	In each pereiod, science teachers get all projects ready to be displayed wiuth numbers on boards and broken up into categories.
8:45 - 9:20	PERIOD 2
9:20 - 9:30	BREAK
9:30 - 10:05	PERIOD 3
10:10 - 10:45	PERIOD 4
10:45 - 11:25	LUNCH
11:30-12:05	PERIOD 5	Ramos and Koehler SET UP Tables--Parent help with cleaning lunch tables
12:10 - 12:45	PERIOD 6
12:45 - 12:55	Break	Students help setup during Break.
1:00 - 1:35	PERIOD 7
1:40 - 2:10	Advisory	Advisory Teachers can have any extra time (not at science fair) to work with advisory kids with pre-enrollment and packing their rooms.
2:15 - 3:25	Science Fair	Advisory teachers bring students out in waves in alleviate crowding.  Bake Sale fundraiser for kiddos.

On May 26 and 27, graduates students from UCLA will be here to help you with your science fair project and talk about their lives as scientists.  Take advantage of this special opportunity and don't forget to say thank you to them for taking time out of their busy schedules to help YOU.
