Welcome to Avonside Bridge Club's eNoticeBoard. Avonside is located in the elegant Georgian city of Bath. We meet on Tuesday and Friday evenings for DUPLICATE BRIDGE in a friendly, but competitive atmosphere.
We hold our bridge sessions in the large Georgian-style Bath Society Meeting Room at Green Park (above the Green Park Brasserie, near Sainsbury's). Green Park is a beautifully restored Victorian railway station a few minutes walk from the centre of Bath. Adjacent Free parking after 6.50pm. The Meeting Room is accessed by stairs (no lift). We regret that there are no disabled facilities available.
Our bridge evenings start at 7.15 promptly (please arrive by 7.05pm). Tea, coffee and soft drinks are included in the Table Money of £2 (members), £3 (visitors). The Annual Subscription is £20. Avonside is affiliated to the ENGLISH BRIDGE UNION (EBU).

PARKING AT GREEN PARK Please ensure that you prominently display a parking permit in your vehicle. These are available at the Club, ask a committee member. Also, do not park in a "Disabled" bay without displaying the appropriate badge and do not park in any "Mother & Child" bays, even if there are several empty. This may mean parking outside the covered area. If you wish to be accompanied back to your car at the end of the evening, please see Lesley Atkins or the Director who will arrange an escort.
