     Learners partnership offers both learners and staff the opportunity to fight together against the violence occurs more significantly in schools since the very early age. In concrete terms is an exchange of experience and good practice between staff and learners, between the 3 countries on ways to combat violence by pro-active actions like volunteering in the community, accountability for actions of students who manifest these behaviors and those around them, their activities gearing concrete educational. Learners participating in the project will experiment with these methods in the communities where they teach, involving both students and their parents .

The main objectives are:

- active involvement of adults and students in their volunteer activities (setting up AV Club – AntiViolence)

- awareness of the cultural, social and economic, skills and training of language skills, improvement in ICT

- develop a guide of good practices on measures to combat violence and anti-social behavior

Learners and staff will be able to improve his methods and communication ICT to improve their linguistic skills of communication, both in English and partner countries in languages that have many elements in common. They also realize the culture, history, geography, socio-economic environment of partner countries in the project

The concrete objectives of the partnership are:

- Identifying the causes that lead to the emergence of anti-social behavior and violence in all countries, in order to reduce their percentage of drop-out
- Fighting against direct or indirect discrimination against students based on criteria of gender, ethnicity, social origin, genetic features, religion, family situation at partner schools;

- active involvement of adults and students in their volunteer activities at the community level, as an alternative to the impulse of violent actions (setting up AV Club – AntiViolence)

- experimentation using the "R 4 - to combat violence and antisocial behavior" - in 3 of the partner institutions during the 2 years

- awareness of the cultural, social and economic, skills and training of language skills, improvement in ICT.

The partnership will have an impact on:

• learners:

      - will experiment with adults in the methods of combating partner violence and antisocial behavior in children

      - Will try for such methods to combat discrimination against students based on criteria of gender, ethnicity, social origin, genetic features, religion, family situation at partner schools; 

             -  will use the guide in their future teaching

     - Will enjoy a safe and attractive environment for the development of communication skills and networking within the educational establishment;
     - Preparing for a civilized behavior in society;
• learner’s pupils and their parents:
     - Active involvement in voluntary activities of the partnership to develop school-family-local authorities(AV club);

- social rehabilitation of students with violent

- behaviors and evidenced lower interest others to engage in violent actions

• Schools as organizations and community:
      - Ensuring a climate for the development and psycho-emotional behavior of students;
      - Increasing prestige in the local community;
      - Expansion of partnerships;
      - Notes the extent to which the partnership has provided each recipient-schools, value added expressed as percentage decrease in cases of violence, anti-social behavior and school drop out;
    - Generalization to the county specific actions against violence, anti-social behavior and school drop out;
    - A partnership in resolving some specific combat era of violence, anti-social behavior and school drop out;
    - Local awareness-raising;
    - The chance to enroll their children in a school safe, inclusive, which conducted a trial of the educational quality

Spain and Italy are the most exposed countries in mass media where Romanians do violent acts in society, the European added value of this project consists in cooperation between the 3 institutions  in order to rehabilitate the image of Romania in he world, through actions of responsibility the  children in their communities.

The cooperation is also important for:

- raise awareness about the importance and pleasure of learning and using foreign languages which could influence staff’ and learners’ attitudes towards lifelong language learning supporting the idea of multilingualism in Europe

 - enhance collaboration between fellow learners and teachers in different European countries, in order to develop new teaching skills and methods and to pass along the acquired knowledge to pupils

-  bring a European dimension into the work and life in regions and institutions which usually do not have the chance to learn about and cooperate with people in other countries, especially in the field of education and violence in education. This will be achieved through the documentation, publication and presentations of the project and its results in the regions and communities. This will include the involvement of parents and institutions in the work on the project, invitations for meetings during mobilities and other highlights.
