Polycom-Reboot Script/Context helps administrator to reboot the all polycom IP phones remotely for updating the changes made in configuration files Web-Based Dialing Web based call back is a feature which allows users to contact customer care representative through web page. When a user submits the "callback" with username and phone number in the webpage, the system will place a call to customer care. Once the call has been answered by the representative the system bridges the call between representative and the phone number submitted in the webpage by the user.
