The Alliance of Visual Artists (AVA) Board of Directors has announced that there will be an AVArtFest this year, and it will be held on Saturday, June 6, from 10 am to 6 pm, in Pioneer Park, located just off Castro Street adjacent to The Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, in the City of Mountain View.
The Community School of Music and Art in Mountain View has partnered with the
Alliance of Visual Artists to bring this popular Art Festival to an exciting new venue. It
is a Juried and Judged Fine Art Show and Sale, open to Bay Area artists and art clubs,
many of which are already making their plans to become a part of the Festival.
Artists new to the Festival must have their work juried (see the page, “Jurying for New Artists”). Artists who have been in previous Festivals do not have to be juried again,
but ALL participating artists must fill out the Entry Form (see the form, “Call for Entries“.) Artists who wish also to participate in the Awards Judging/Competition can
do so on the Entry Form.
