ARTFEST was founded to support local visual artists, to provide a showcase for their work, to foster a greater appreciation for fine art, and promote art education in the community. The annual art show and sale is sponsored by the Alliance of Visual Artists, a local, all volunteer organization partially funded by Arts Council Silicon Valley.
