This is commonly called the student’s “training passport”.   Every student is required to have a training passport in which to record his/her participation in special events ex.clinics, tournaments) and also to record gradings and promotions over his/her Chito Ryu karate career.  This record also includes important training information and history for students of Chito Ryu.
