This contains illustrations and information for all students from “White” (beginner) to “Blackbelt” (1-dan).Chito Ryu student will need this reference book to help progress throughout the training career.  The requirements for the full colour belt promotions (gradings) are listed and illustrated (WhiteàYellowàOrangeàGreenàBlueàBrownàBlack).  This is an essential aid for every Chito Ryu Karate student.

 Note: Junior (children) students progress through the same curriculum but it is subdivided and adapted into intermediate levels between colours to make it appropriate for their age and development.  A stripe system is incorporated into the colour levels to mark achievement levels as they progress towards blackbelt.
