Avalon Karate club will be offering "Special Kumite Training Programs" for "Yellow belt & higher" students.

Program One (01 Nov 2009-17 Jan 2010) and Program Two (28 Feb 2010-25 Apr 2010).

Funds raised from this activity will be used to financially support club members attending the Canadian National Karate Championships in Montreal 2010.

Pre-registration is required.  Deadline is 14 Oct 2009 (Program One).

Limited registration  - only 20 students will be accepted.
