| Noise Level | Pretty quiet. Most social gatherings take place on the porches or in the separate kitchen house. |
| Smoking | Absolutely no smoking (anything) inside. This is not a house rule; it's a condition of our lease. |
| Pets | None. Same deal as above; our landlords say no. |
