Poe-Pape is an author of over thirty-nine nationally-published articles about such authors and celebrities as the Bronte Sisters and Judy Garland on the internet-based website, Helium.com.  She is also a graduate of Northern Illinois University and the Institute of Children's Literature.  Poe-Pape is also a member of the Society of Children's Book Writer's and Illustrators, and currently has a children's book manuscript under consideration with a major publishing company.
