Objects of the Australian Rodent Fanciers Society Inc.
The Australian Rodent Fancier’s Society Inc (the “club”) in on incorporated entity with a constitution containing, among other things, it’s “objects” or purpose. The objects are the goals of the club, or its purpose and there for a guide to its activities. The objects are:
1. To provide a social forum for owners of companion rats and mice;
2. To encourage responsible care and breeding of pet rats and mice for the term of their natural lifespan;
3. To offer owners opportunities to show their pet rats and mice;
4. To provide information on keeping and caring for pet rats and mice to individuals and organisations;
5. To increase public awareness of fancy rats and mice as valued house pets;
6. To discourage the breeding of pet rats and mice as food for other animals;
7. To offer education and information about native Australian rodents. |
