SUPPLIES NEEDED

my COWGURLS DO  scrap kit

• Open a blank 600 x 600 new image and flood fill white
• Copy and paste the cowgurls do bg I have made and supplied above
• Pase a paper from my kit and one of the silhouette figures also in the kit on top of that paste the lasso
• Selecting your magic wand  tolerance set on 9 feather 0 click inside the lasso
• SELECTIONS / MODIFY/ EXPAND 12
• SELECTIONS INVERT
• Move the silhouette and position it where you want it kit delete this will remove anything hanging over the lasso .
• Selection still the same and still inverted go to the paper layer and hit delete DO NOT DESELECT YET
• Grab some stitches and paste under the background layer positioning them where you like see above tag for example
• Now grab your tube paste as a new layer ON TOP OF THE LASSO
• Using your eraser tool erase any part of the tube hanging over the lasso you dont want there I deleted everything but the top of the hat now you can deselect
• Add a drop shadow of your liking
• paste the wordart and add your copyrights now as well as your name

IF you DO NOT want to animate now is where you crop and resize your tag save as a png .

• select your paper layer SELECTIONS / FLOAT / DEFLOAT
• Now EFFECTS / VM NATURAL / SPARKLE

• MAXIMUM SIZE 16 / ALL COLOURS ON 255 / AND RANDOM SEED ON 34 NOW APPLY BY HITTING OK
• SELECT NONE RIGHT CLICK COPY AND PASTE AS NEW ANIMATION IN ANIMATION SHOP... 

• BACK IN PSP UNDO SELECT NONE UNDO APPLY SPARKLE .... 

•  AND AGAIN EFFECTS / PLUGINS / VM NATURAL / SPARKLE THIS TIME CHANGE WHERE THE RANDOM SEED IS NOTHING ELSE .... DOESNT MATTER WHAT TO BUT TRY 64 IF YOU NEED DIRECTION
• SAME AGAIN SELECT NONE COPY AND PASTE AFTER LAST FRAME IN ANIMATION SHOP
• BACK IN PSP UNDO SELECT NONE UNDO APPLY SPARKLE ....
