Tube I used and inspired this design is Scott Blair and is used with a license if you wish to use the same tube you can purchase from MPT please DO NOT use this image/ tube if you have not purchased the rights to do so.

The bottom variation is using the artwork of Micheal Calandra and is used with a license available from MPT

The plugin I used to make this snow effect is Alien skin eye candy snow drift if you prefer to make your own. Because this is a pay plugin I have made my animation for anyone wishing to use it . If you wish to make your own Just draw out an eclipse shape with your preset tool add a cloud image to it and make the effect.

READY? this is quick and very easy so dont blink lmao dont want you to miss it

• Open the almost template ... this is a 700 x 700 transparent image with my animation already in place
• New Raster layer and flood fill white .... move this layer to the bottom
• EITHER - new raster layer flood fill with a colour from your tube and apply the mask of your choice OR paste as a new layer above the whit background the masked layer i have supplied with the wordart
• NEW raster layer above the background layer apply the brush of your choice ... I did not supply the brush I used because I dont have any idea where I got it from and can't give correct credit
• Add your wordart or any elements etc you wish above the brush layer
• Add your tube and apply a drop shadow
• Add your name and any credits / copyrights that are required...
• FILE / SAVE AS / PNG now if you do not wish to animate
• Right click copy merged and paste In animation shop as a new animation
• Back in psp hide that layer of the clouds and unhide the next layer
• RIGHT CLICK /COPY MERGED and paste after the last frame keep doing this until all four frames are copied with your tag.
• CTRL + A / ANIMATION / FRAMES PROPERTIES and slow it down to 20
• WATCH YOUR ANIMATION if you are happy with it FILE SAVE AS...
• AND YOU ARE DONE!!!!

The variation I used the colourise tool and recoloured all layers to suit tube and used alien skin constellation effect on the mask layer
