Attend all mandatory AU meetings, schedule team meetings and events, create lesson schedule, attend President Council Meetings, organize IHSA paperwork, file AU end of semester paperwork, coordinate trial rides
Vice President
Organize show entries with Jeff, coordinate AUTO certification, monitor fundraising points, submit space requests, respond to AU students interested in joining the team, file AU end of semester paperwork, coordinate volunteer projects
Treasurer
Collect and keep track of dues, file reimbursements, make and keep copies of all financial paperwork, facilitate money collection, track account balance, file AU end of semester paperwork, constant correspondance with Danny
Secretary
Collect paperwork at all meetings, complete, copy and submit all AU and barn paperwork, manage the facebook group, manage and update the website including show points and fundraising points, publicity for the team, respond to prospective students interested in joining the team, create facebook events and flyers for the begining of the semester meeting, write and submit Today @ AU updates
Show Coordinator
Submit AU show paperwork, keep track of show points, coordinate rides and hotel stays, organize pre-show dinners
