AU is accessible by car, DC bus, or DC metro.  We are closest to the Tenleytown-AU metro stop, which is about a mile from campus.  A shuttle bus runs to and from the metro stop every ten minutes.  If you are driving, enter through the Glover Gate, off of Massachusetts Avenue.  This is the main road on campus, and if you follow it around you will reach the turf.

Games are played on Jacobs turf field, in green.  There are parking spots all around the loop near the turf, or you can park in the parking garage for weekend games.
