70's electric faucet / hot tap Corona This is another appliance from the 70's, the hot tap made by Corona. This units had a better design than the others, more compact and clean and had available in many colors to match with the 70's formica kitchen mobilia, like these caramel or light yellow, light pink, blue, red, beige, turquoise, rusty brown, chromed or blue. The rear ribbed ring is the heat level switch, the front ribbed cover is the handle to open/close the water. As the electric showers, it turns on by opening the water; closing the water, the device turns off automatically, the red light pilot indicates when the coil heater is working. Those hot taps were made until about 2003, along the 80's, just new 80's colors brown, beige and white and three heating levels instead two. The model with dark gray accents is from 90's. The latest versions were made all in white, marfin or light gray. Laundry 1
This is our tile floor set in mortar. It actually worked out that everything fit where we'd planned. Our first tiling job is turning out to be successful. Oh, and that's our electric tankless water heater that will be hidden behind our dryer. Our plumber tried to talk us out of it, but we insisted. It's good for one shower at a time, especially in the winter, but that's all we need. We absolutely love it.
