This truck has NEVER left me on the side of the road or off road! the beauty of my truck really is under the hood,it has an original 350 motor still pushing it,the only major work done to it is a timing chain. it may have a little duck tape,silicone, tie wire and a few extra screws and bolts holdin it together.but it is dependable as the day is long.it get's 12 miles to the gallon now as it did when it came off the show room floor some 20 + years ago .the A/C still blows ice cold and the heater will run you out of it.a few rust spots and a few more scratches,but why have a truck if your not going to drive it or treat it like a "truck". I have hauled boat's and trailers and campers and anything else I wanted all on the ball that is mounted to the bumper,(not a tow mount) the 4 wheel drive has never let me down and get's it done everytime, please just don't call it a C-H-E-V-Y ! it is A G-M-C ,those 3 little letters cost me more than them 5! I don't know what else to say about my old pick up that you might want to know......Did I mention it was the original motor with only ........384071.7 miles on it :) and still going. if anyone has ever told you ,you need to change your oil every 3000 miles or so.........DO IT!!! no leaks and it does not burn it either,if you take care of it it will take care of you.
