Making Reservations Charges Weekly Rental: (see rate schedule) FL Tax : 11% Cleaning Fee: $140 Booking Fee: $35 Security Deposit: $500 TO MAKE A RESERVATION THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: 1/3 of the total cost of the rental will secure a reservation. All other money is due 30 days prior to check-in date. Security deposits will be returned after the house is cleaned and after utility bills have been received. It is subject to adjustment for damage to the unit, extra-ordinary cleaning, laundry beyond normal usage, and telephone toll charges. Travel Insurance is always recommended. Our rental agent can provide you with information on reasonable insurance. Student Groups - No groups under the age of 25 are permitted in the rental property unless they are accompanied by an adult who is physically staying in the unit with the students. Any reservations taken under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies prepaid and the students will be evicted. |
