The web site is devoted to the second edition of the RS Galiev monography "Concept of dynamic structure of atom in the space of potential spheres" in Russian and English and developed in order to deliver to a wide range of readers new principles of the atoms structure and atomic nuclei, as well as to describe the dynamics of motion of bodies in the real (polarized) space.
