Astrid at TUFF Girls

Astrid Bidanec earned a Master's degree (see thesis paper attachment below!) in multimedia journalism from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Fla. She has been working in the news media since high school and got her undergraduate degree in print journalism at Austin Peay State University in Tenn., where she also served as editor-in-chief of The All State campus newspaper. Since moving to Tampa in 2007, she has been plugged into the mixed martial arts (MMA) grid. You can usually spot her at MMA events where she shoots action pics to run with her stories.
