Winter Blast vendor slots are sold out!
Things to know for "Winter Blast"
- Setup begins 930am, do not arrive earlier. No one will be allowed to enter before 930am
- Tables are pre-assigned according to products/category by the event committee, you are not allowed to move your table
- All vendors must bring a signed copy of the final contract, you can download this from the vendor downloads page or request a copy by email. The signed contract must be handed in to a staff member upon arrival
- All vendors must bring a table cloth, we do not provide any. If you are splitting a table with a vendor that we have paired you with, both vendors need to bring a table cloth. Space will be split down the middle evenly.
- No outside tables or chairs will be permitted. All garment racks, floor and wall displays must be approved by management.
- Do not leave your table unattended, we are not responsible for your products
- You
are responsible for registering your small business with the IRS and
collecting sales tax for the items you are selling. We recommend that
you call New York's Department of Revenue and the IRS for more

- There is a municipal parking right next to the venue, venue is right under the N/W Broadway train station

- We have 10,000 fliers printed, if you would like a stack please contact us and a team member can meet you at the Starbucks on Ditmars Blvd and 31st street.
