Last winter's weather conditions wreaked havoc on the roads in South Oxfordshire, and the Astons were no exception. Parish Councillors have heard from many unhappy residents who have fallen victim to the dreaded potholes caused or exacerbated by the snow and ice.
Whilst the task of effecting repairs is significant, the slow speed at which it has been undertaken is somewhat puzzling. All the time the damage is steadily getting worse and the reported incidents of vehicle damage are increasing.
Astons Parish Councillors have now produced a map that identifies where potholes are located in an attempt to get SODC to address our local problems. We understand that this may not yet be the definitive list ,so we have attached a copy of the map and a map template that you can use if you spot any that we have missed.
