Council meetings are generally held on the third Monday of each month. Every now and then extraordinary meetings are called to discuss specific matters that require a response from the councils before the next scheduled meeting.

 

 

The councils usually meet together to discuss planning applications and issues in common, and both have their own Annual General Meeting.

 

 

Meetings are held at 8pm in the Village Hall on Thorpe Street, Aston Upthorpe.
