ASTONS WILDFLOWERS PROJECT FEATURED IN OXFORD TIMES MAGAZINE
Thanks to Emma O, the Astons Wild Flowers project received a fantastic two page full colour article by Val Bourne in the May 2011 "Limited Edition" magazine, published by the Oxford Times. Val's closing remark in the article seems particularly apt and really reflects what the Garden Club and its enthusiastic members are trying to do - and succeeding! "Next spring in Aston Tirrold should be a much brighter affair — and the display will hopefully get better every year, encouraging bees and butterflies to return.
