Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2011

The Club held its second AGM on September 21st.

The agenda covered the following topics:



1. Chairman’s Welcome and Introduction
2. Chairman’s Annual Report 
3. The 2012 Programme for the Club 
4. Treasurer’s Financial Report 
5. Appointment of Independent Auditor 
6. Appointment of Committee Members 
7. AOB

Members also voted to hold future AGMs in January rather than September. Therefore, the next Annual General Meeting will be held in January 2013
