We stopped by the University of the nations on Tuesday. This is the univeristy and training center at the heart of Youth With a Mission (YWAM), the missions organization I served wtih in Australia. We had the pleasure of meeting up with Jim Orred a friend and mentor of mine. He gave us a full tour of the extensive campus. There was quite a bit going on and it was exciting to see so many youg people being trained to make a positive differnece in the world throuogh their gifts and talents. There were schools going on for everything from Biblical counseling to Illustrating, Even the Discipleship Training School has four concurrent courses each with a special focus like reconcilliation, Mercy and even China. With more than 40 nations represented in the student body UofN does an exceptional job of preparing students to serve intarnationally wherever there is a need. We ended up in an Esspresso Cafe on the campus and had a good long talk with Jim. As I explore how to incorporate service into my long term vision of my life it is good to brainstorm and build relationships with men and women who's lives have been dedicated to seeing ministries launched into the world. It was a great time and really got my thoughts churning about the possibilities. Jim and I discovered that we share several of the same personality strengths which I'm sure has lead to our ongoing relationship born of a chance meeting 3 years ago.

Kikundi kizima cha waimbaji cha WATOTO WADOGO na WAIMBAJI wa Mziki wa Injili cha BCIC (Biblical Counseling and Intercession Centre ) Kikundi hiki hujulikana kwa jina la Eloi! Eloi! Gospel Singers chini ya uongozi thabiti wa Mwalimu wao, Mwalimu Kasian Theodori kwa kushirikiana na Rehema Nyangwa. Watoto hawa wamekuwa ni chanzo cha ushahidi wa malezi bora kwa watoto ili kukua huku wakiongezeka kimo na kujua ni jinsi ya kuishi kwa kumpendeza Mungu. Mafanikio ya maisha ya mwanadamu huanzia utotoni, wakati ambapo mzazi au mlezi anapotafuta njia bora ya kumsaidia mtoto wake ili ashinde majaribu ya maisha yake mwanadamu. Mbali na watoto hawa kuimba ukumbini hapo, wamekuwa ni kivutio kikubwa kwa kila mshirika wa Huduma hii ya Hakuna Lisilowezekana.
