This site is under construction, but we're open for business!   Our goal is to sell pretty things to make great whacking piles of cash for AssistHers, an organization taking care of women in Houston.

AssistHers is a non-profit volunteer organization in Houston, Texas, and our mission is to provide non-medical support for lesbians in our community coping with serious illness or disability.  That means we provide care teams.  We walk dogs, run errands, do laundry and clean the house. We take care of the little things so that women can focus on getting well. We're here to lend a hand, and lend encouragement to women and their caregivers.

When we can, we provide a little extra grocery money in the form of gift cards to the women in greatest need, and we provide taxi vouchers, to cover cab fare to medical appointments.  Those things cost money, and thats where you come in.

So please look around!  You'll find the elegant, the unusual, the rare collectible.  Spend lavishly, and know that  when you buy a fine crystal tumbler,  you' re insuring that somewhere a woman will take a cab to her chemo appointments, and not the bus. Because of your purchase a woman recovering from a long illness will have fresh fruits and veggies in the refrigerator. The money you spend here will turn, like magic, into space heaters, groceries and taxi rides, walkers, canes and electric blankets. You're buying a lovely thing for yourself, and you're buying a little comfort for a woman who no longer faces her illness alone.
