Yarmouth has ferries to Bar Harbor and Portland and an airport with connections to Portland and Halifax. This house would make a beautiful second home.  We receive multiple inquiries to rent and to rent-to own monthly.  The house is currently rented and will be listed with an agent in the new year.  Unfortunately we can not consider a rent-to-own arrangement.
