When it comes to futures, it is something that no one can get a hold of. However that does not exactly mean that people should care less of what happens. Getting into a college is not an easy task to accomplish. To get into a college with suitable conditions, there involves many steps. Although things may not go the way wanted to, that does not mean a person should not try.
Most people have no clue what they want to happen to their future, which means that they are continuously thinking of what they want. Before someone enters a college, they have to choose a subject to major in. I am not exceedingly interested in several different subjects, but i would have to say I am most concernd with art, design, or fashion. Although I may not improve a college that does not mean I can not add to it. "An applicant's fate at Wesleyan hinged on the personality, interests, and judgments of the senior admissions assigned to his or her school" (Steingberg 283) Any college in the united states and have art, design, or fashion as a major will interest me. These requirements are what I expect in a college of my choice. Such colleges include The Art Institute, Otis College, or the Academy of Couture Art (ACA).
To get into a good college, an exceptional application and record is necessary. How it looks all starts in high school, where grades and clubs all matter most. This is why I decided to join clubs like Save the Angels or Key Club. They are not only good for college credit but also to help you improve as a person. Although a college may look good physically, it may not actually be up to your expectations. To find out, you have to do your research. "How fast are the internet connection?"Very fast," Ralph said. Were there cable television jacks in the dorm rooms? Ralph smiled. "There actually are." he said" (Steinberg 3). Until you find what you are looking for, you can not stop searching for the right college. Make sure the college is to your satisfactory. Compare the luxuries you have and do not have to find the college that suits you.
If you want to succeed your way to the top, you have to be willing to challenge yourself. You do not know what you can do until you give it a shot. Classes like honors or advanced placement are there for those who want to work hard and try to succeed. You may not pass the class, but you will at least know your limits. For someone to get straight A's include several work and patience and maybe your hard work will pay off. "Juliana had managed to exceed even the highest expectations. On the PSAT, Julianna had missed only one question" (Steinberg 31). If a person tries, then everyone will start knowing the difference you have made in yourself.
In ending, there involves several tasks to do in order to get into the college of your choice. Although it may involve getting active to help your community or taking hard classes, that does not mean you should not try. The more you get involved, the more you will get what you want. Before suitable college is chosen, a person must do their research to get their appropriate conditions. There are no limitations to what colleges can be taken; however working hard will get you to the perfect college. |
