This page contains my collection of ideas for our January '09 wedding.  This page exists solely for use on The Knot.

About Us:

Alex and I have known each other since I was born (our mom's work together). We went to separate schools but started dating during sophomore year of high school and have been together ever since.

Alex graduated from UW - Stevens Point in May of 2007 with his BS in Watershed and Hydrology Management with minors in Chemistry and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He currently works for the Wisconsin DNR as a Fisheries Technician and also does some mapping. 

Amber is currently attending Pharmacy school at UM - Duluth and will graduate in May of 2009 with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She currently works at Walgreens as a Pharmacy Intern and hopes to sign on with the company in the Fall of '08.  She is also a TA for the MTM clinic at UM - Duluth.

We got engaged April 12, 2007 just days before our 7 year anniversary.

Right now, I have my wedding dress and veil, our wedding/reception venue is booked, photographer, bridesmaid and MOB dresses, and are meeting with our caterer.
  

We are leaning towards a "rustic" up-north winter theme with silvers and blues. Let me know what you think!
