So I called the service center and a nice lady helped me. I told her my H98 problem, then she told me to just unplugged the microwave. I did that, then I plugged it back in and start it up. It worked. Wow, I wonder why Panasonic didn't put that information in the instructions book, I just don't know. Then the nice lady gave me two phone numbers of repair men to fix the microwave. I wrote them down and thank her. Then I wondered why she's giving me phone numbers to have the repair men to fix the microwave while we solved the problem by unplugging it? Bert heard my phone conversation & asked me what's going on? I told him what happened then he asked me do I have the instruction book & the receipt? I told him I sure do. Well one thing we found out, the warranty lasted for only one year. Noticed I told you we bought this product on May 2010. Seventeen months later the warranty expired. But here's the bigger surprise, Bert went to his computer and check on some info about this product. Guess what, this product usually have the H98(or H97) problems and when it happens, your microwave is toast. WOW!!! No wonder the nice lady gave me these phone numbers to repair men who can fixed this product. Then he read that it's difficult to fix it in the first place. Nice. So Panasonic you deserve the big major fail award. Before we bought this major fail, Bert had a microwave that last 10 years. I wondered why that one last and this new one died a premature death? Dam Panasonic, your 8-Tracks players & the cassette recorders you made in the seventies last longer than this microwave oven. Well we need to buy a new microwave again. Sigh.
