Mrs. Sinclair's Classroom Corner
"Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire." William Butler Yeats

Children bring joy to my life and warmth to my heart. I enjoy working with children and always have enjoyed watching them explore and learn about themselves and the world around them. My journey of life has been extrordinary and has brought me to this wonderful and exciting time of becoming a teacher. During my high school years I had the opportunity to volunteer in many elementary room classrooms and work with many ages of children. Teaching children is a very exciting time and I am looking forward to becoming a teacher and a meaningful person in children's lives. My goal is to provide children with learning opportunities and information so they can become a happy and successful person. I feel it is important early on to proivde children with kowledge and life skills so they can reach their goals later in life. Watching children explore, learn, and grow brings joy to my life and makes me want to light the fire in every child. Teaching and learning are exciting times and I am looking forward to continuing the heart-warming journey of teaching children.

About Me:

I was born and raised in Shady Cove Oregon and loved every second of it. I married the love of my life in July of 2005 and we are enjoying the journey life brings us. We live in a yurt on property in Shady Cove and loving the adventures and steping stones in our life. Outdoor activities are my favorite and we always find something to do no matter what the season is. Our summers are full of camping and boating trips and our winters include many snowy activities. We are looking forward to building a family but at this point our black lab Bruiser is our baby. We plan to stay in the Rogue Valley close to our families and where our hearts belong. I am looking forward to having my own classroom and being an elementary teacher.
