Hi There! I am a Graduate Student in Electrical Engineering dept. at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park. I have completed my Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, INDIA.

My interests lie in the area of III-V materials and devices, Post-CMOS transistors, Quantum Well MOSHEMT, device design, fabrication and characterization. I am with the Nanoelectronics Device and Circuits Laboratory (NDCL) at Penn State.
