H1N1 Vaccination Clinic • Dec 4, 5:30-7:30

The Eastern Highlands Health District is offering this vaccination FREE (no insurance needed).

Who:

Adults (age 19-64) with chronic medical conditions that put them at increased risk for the H1N1 influenza

When?

            ~ Friday,  Dec. 4  5:30pm to 8pm in MANSFIELD

(More details will be provided in the pre-registration link.)

Nov. 23 - Dec.14 - Collection boxes throughout the school.  New and gently used hats, mittens, scarves and boots will be collected for local families in need.
