My name is Nicole and I am a sophomore here at UNC-A. I not only love this campus but also Asheville itself. I grew up in Brevard, not far from here, and every chance we got to drive over and hang out down town we did. The people and atmosphere are great. After High School I decided I needed a break from school and traveled to Egypt where I lived with a host family and enjoyed learning about their culture. I started here Spring semester 2010 after returning from Egypt, so I have not been here long but after spring semester and this past summer semester taking classes and working at the HFC I have met a lot of new people and settled in here. I love going down town with friends, meeting new people, and keeping the UNC-A campus community first. If you see me around town or campus do not hesitate to let me know of any changes you think would be detrimental to life on campus so I can help further voice these opinions.
