- Winterize your Home - If your home is vacant throughout the winter we will make sure that it is ready to endure the winter freeze without a water pipe freezing or a toilet bowl bursting.
- Cleaning Service (Pre-Arrival and Post-Visit)
- "Fill your Fridge"- Service based on Client shopping list
- Complete Welcome Home Package (incl. "Fill your Fridge" and Cleaning Service as well as checking appliances and electrical equipment, air out your home, check pool and yard)

- "On-Call"-Service - We will meet contractors, delivery men etc. when you can't be there.
