Dear Valued Customer,
Happy Holidays! As we all enter the busy Holiday season, we would like to remind you of the upcoming collection schedule and inclement weather policies.
Thanksgiving Day:
Office is closed and no services will be provided. If your trash collection falls on this day, your service will resume on the next regularly scheduled pickup day. If your recycling collection falls on this day, your service will be provided on Saturday November 26th.
Christmas Day:
Falls on a Sunday this year. There will be no interruption in service collection days.
New Years Day:
Falls on a Sunday this year. There will be no interruption in service collection days.
**On make-up days, crews come through neighborhoods earlier than normal, please make sure residents put their items to curbside the night before.**
Yard Debris Collection:
Ends effective December 29th unless your contract specifies otherwise. If you have yard debris to be collected after this date, place your items to curbside on your 2nd collection day until yard debris season resumes the 1st week of March 2012.
Christmas Tree Collection:
Single family and multi-dwelling attached homes, Christmas trees will be collected the 1st two Wednesdays in January. We ask all tinsel and decorations be removed. Please do not place trees in plastic bags.
Inclement Weather:
Safety in your community is our primary concern. Roads and/or areas which are deemed unsafe due to snow or ice will be suspended for collection. If suspension occurs, services will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day.

ALL Visitor Parking Tags will be replaced with ones that are more visible at night and harder to counterfeit.
The new parking tags will be issued by the HOA property manager at 14301 Climbing Rose Way, Centreville on April 25th – 29th between 9 am - 4 pm.
To help those that cannot pick up their new tags during the week, the HOA will have a Board Member at the Pool House on Saturday April 30th to issue the New Tags.
**Please bring your VA drivers license when you pick up the tag.**
Starting May 1st the towing company will tow any car that is in a visitor parking space that does not clearly display the new Tag.
Tags will not be issued to those Home Owners that are delinquent in their HOA Fees. Those Home Owners that fall delinquent after the new Tags have been issued will have their VISITOR parking privileges suspended and will be required to return their Visitor Tags.

The Asher View swimming pool opens May 28, 2011 and closes Labor Day, September 5, 2011
New for this year -- Extended hours on Wednsday and Saturday for adlts only:
Wednesday evenings from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm will be considered “ADULT ONLY TIME” and children will be asked to leave.
Pool access for the 2011 summer season will be given to those who complete the 2011 pool registration form. This form must be completed and either mailed to ProCAM, LLC at the address is at the bottom of this notice or faxed (703-266-6018) by May 19th for access to the pool on opening day. |

ADS has sent us the following messages:
Message 1:
For public safety and the safety of our employees, American Disposal Services has decided to cancel all trash and recycling services today January 18, 2011 due to the inclement weather and hazardous road conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience. If your trash and/or recycling is scheduled for today, services will resume on the next regularly scheduled pickup day.
Message 2: As of a result of the inclement weather conditions, American Disposal Services did not operate any residential services on Tuesday January 18, 2011. In light of the reported potential inclement weather forecasted for Friday January 21, 2011 and the possibility of Monday January 24, 2011 into Tuesday January 25, 2011 ADS has made an emergency decision in the best interest of your communities and our customers. We have decided to attempt to collected items today that were normally scheduled for Tuesday and that have been left out at the curb by residents. At this time we will be providing Friday collection services as regularly scheduled, weather permitting. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will keep you posted as details develop. We will also keep you posted via our website – www.americandisposal.com. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to call our Customer Service Line at 703-368-0500.

> Light -- a night light for the Tot-Lot
