Committees

Committees are comprised of volunteers within the Asher View community to ensure a higher quality of life for our homeowners. Working together, we can keep our neighborhood attractive, welcome new residents, prevent crime, and provide some of the great ammenities that make our neighborhood such a sought-after place. Please get involved--we can all use your help!!!

Architectural Review Committee

The ARC ensures that all homes are in compliance with the Architectural Guidelines. These guidelines help to ensure high resale value and overall attractiveness of the neighborhood. If you'd like to get involved with the ARC, please e-mail arc@asherview.com.

Pool Committee

The Pool Committee is responsible for maintaining the pool and associated fixtures. If you'd like to help with the pool committee, please e-mail pool@asherview.com.

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee is responsible for the newsletter and this web site. If you'd like to join the communication committee, please e-mail comm@asherview.com.

Neighborhood Watch Committee

The Neighborhood Watch Committee keeps their eye on our community and reports suspicious activity. They are a liaison between the community and our local Police precinct. The Police will also provide signs for the neighborhood which will help to deter criminal activity in our neighborhood. The neighborhood watch is easy: you can do it while you walk your dog, ride your bike, or just stroll around our beautiful neighborhood!

There will be a meeting for all personnel wanting to join the Neighborhood Watch Committee at the Sully District Government Center, February 22nd at 7pm. In order to participate in the Neighborhood Watch Committee you will need to attend this meeting.

If you have any questions about the Neighborhood Watch Committee or if you'd like to volunteer, e-mail watch@asherview.com.
