Assessments, otherwise known as Homeowners Association Dues, are $241 per quarter in Asher View. These are paid on a quarterly basis, due on Jan 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. Statements are no longer sent; we now use a coupon book provided at the beginning of each year. If you don't have a payment coupon, contact ProCAM.

Late Fees

Assessments are considered late after 15th of the month in which they are due. The late fee is $25 plus administrative expenses.
