Asher View has a pool, tot lot, tennis court, and basketball court. All amenities are maintained in good condition by the community association management company, with the assistance of community committee members.

Swimming Pool

Asher View boasts a beautiful pool surrounded by an ample deck that is perfect for relaxing on hot summer days. The pool is located on Beddingfield Way, right off Upperridge. The pool committee oversees the maintenance and enhancements, ensuring a pleasant experience for all residents.

This year, residents will be required to complete a 2011 Pool Registration Form located on the Documents page. Once you have completed the 2011 Pool Registration form, you will need to fax or mail the form to Harry Anderson, Senior Community Manager, 14301 Climbing Rose Way Centreville, VA 20121. Fax number is (703) 266-6018.

Each resident, and their guests, will need to check in and sign in with a pool employee before entering the pool. All residents and guest 16 or older will be required to show a valid id. 

The Rules & Procedures were carefully developed to ensure the safety, comfort, and benefit of the membership in their use and enjoyment of the pool. Situations may occur that are unique to the operation of the pool and these situations will be reviewed by the committee and, ultimately, incorporated into the Rules & Procedures on a case-by-case basis. You are urged to review these rules and to cooperate in their application. Parents or a responsible party are requested to caution their children to observe the rules and obey instructions of the pool manager and other pool employees on duty.

The pool opens May 28, 2011 and will close Labor Day September 5, 2011.

*School Schedule hours will be followed until the last scheduled day for Fairfax County public schools.

Tot Lot

The Tot Lot is located right next to the pool and is a great place for kids to play in the neighborhood. The equipment is regularly checked to make sure it's safe and clean.

Tennis Court and Basketball Court

Regulation sized tennis and basketball courts are located across Centrewood from the pool.
